MATALYS real name is Markus. He was born in 1979 and lives in Germany. Since a while he produced music as a leisure activity and for relaxation. Music has always been part of his life. He loves almost all styles of music - from Hard Rock to Reggae to Ambient, Deep, Dance, Electro & Techno. He started playing the piano at an early age and learned to play drums later.  In the last years he has written more and more songs for his own (mainly for piano) and it simply didn't let him go to want to record the pieces. So one thing led to another. He wishes you much pleasure in this - as well as in any other - music!
